Seeking an enterprising, innovative and ambitious Head Grower with an ability to delegate to others. To move the holding forward after the first 20 years. Established, with a good reputation and varied outlets for its produce, Phantassie Market Garden's cropping area is 10 acre min-till close to Edinburgh with a temperate climate and good loam soil. The job is open to joint applicants and accommodation may be possible. Salary range over a long/short year is £20-25k.
