There's room on the team for a new Head Grower to bring an assistant with them or for two people to apply together. You need to have at least three years growing experience in an Organic commercial setup.

HORTICULTURAL WORKERS

2 - 3 Short Term contracts are open to apprentices and seasoned campaigners. Full board accommodation provided at Phantassie.

We have a 25 acre working Organic Market garden with 6 poly tunnels, a walled garden, 6 acre and 2 acre field and a small woodland with wild forage. Established, with a good reputation and varied outlets for our produce, Phantassie Market Garden's cropping area is 10 acre min-till close to Edinburgh with a temperate climate and good loam soil.
We grow, distribute and sell organic vegetable produce to vegetable box customers, retail shops, cafes and restaurants throughout Edinburgh and the lothians and attend various Farmers' markets in Edinburgh and East Lothian.
