You don’t have to take a box every week or even stick to the same size.
We’re also flexible when it comes to dislikes so just let us know and we can adapt your Organic Veg box to suit you, other than the Basic Veg box option. There's also a Bespoke option for those who prefer to make their own selection.
Deliveries
We deliver in East Lothian and Edinburgh. Also south west of the ring road from Ratho through to Wilkieston, Balerno, Currie, Juniper Green, Colinton, Penicuik, Gorebridge, Dalkeith and Pathhead in the south east. We also have collection points - please see our list below for Berwick-upon-Tweed, Peebles and West Linton.
There's no delivery charge, as long as you order a minimum value of £18.00. Fill in the form to see if we deliver to your area!
We’ll arrange a drop off point, often a back garden or garden shed, or those in flats can send us a main door key & we’ll leave your box in the stair, by your front door.

Getting started is easy. First, check whether we deliver to your postcode and choose your preferred delivery option. You’ll then be guided through creating an account, adding your delivery address, and securely setting up payment details.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe, so your card information is never stored by Phantassie.


Once you have all your details confirmed your customer basket will then automatically confirm your orders. The basket is designed specifically for subscriptions, so there is no need to check out every time you change your order. Your order deadline and delivery day will be clearly stated on the customer basket. The basket will show the details for the next delivery slot on your delivery round. Any orders for future weeks will displayed in 'future & pre orders' at the bottom with clear dates of the order.
You will receive automated emails ahead of your deadline as well as when the order has been confirmed when the deadline has passed.
In your customer account area, head to “Dislikes” to tell us which items you’d prefer not to receive. If any disliked items appear in your veg box for an upcoming delivery, we’ll automatically swap them out.
The number of swaps available for each veg box is shown clearly in your basket next to the product.
You can also tailor your box using the swap arrows beside each item. Got potatoes left over from last week? No problem — swap them for something else you’ll love.


Your delivery day is confirmed when you sign up and is always visible in your basket. We’ll also remind you of your delivery day in our automated emails ahead of each delivery.
Heading away or need a break? You can easily pause your regular deliveries by selecting “Holidays” in your customer account menu, or by clicking “Pause deliveries” directly from your basket.
Click “Book holiday”, then choose your start and end dates. Any deliveries scheduled during that time will be skipped automatically.
Your delivery days and holiday period are clearly displayed, along with a handy calendar at the bottom of the page. You’ll also see a summary of any holidays you’ve booked previously, so everything’s easy to manage at a glance.
